What We Can (And Can't) Achieve

I'm not the kind of guy that's going to make promises I don't think I can keep.
While I'm sure tons of people would love calls to make school lunches better (except the chicken tenders, those are pretty good), at this point it should be fairly clear that for one reason or another, those dreams are unrealistic. More than a few past SMOBs have tried and failed such ambitious goals.
What I am focused on, then, are things that would improve student life while still being fair and achievable. Stuff like making a school sport count for a P.E. credit and being stricter on students caught using drugs are policies that are common sense, and should have been implemented long ago.
Here, in this campaign, we're focused on the issues that we know we can fix, so we're not wasting time chasing rainbows.
